Der eiskalte Auftragskiller Joe kommt nach Bangkok, um dort einige
Aufträge für einen thailändischen Gangsterboss zu erledigen. Als er für
den Job, einen angesehenen Politiker zu töten, mehr Geld verlangt, wird
er seinem Auftraggeber lästig. Dieser beschließt, Joe aus dem Weg
räumen zu lassen. |

While Billy the puppet and the red tricycle are further explained. Detective Hoffman also appears continuing on from Saw IV he is seemingly the last person alive to carry on the Jigsaw legacy but when his secret is under threat he must go on the hunt to eliminate all the loose ends. |

The Mummy Returns |
The Mummy Returns is a 2001 American adventure film written and directed by Stephen Sommers, starring Brendan Fraser, Rachel Weisz, John Hannah, Oded Fehr, and Arnold Vosloo. The film is a sequel to the 1999 film The Mummy, and is set ten years later in 1933. Filming took place in London, Morocco, and Jordan. The film is rated PG-13 for adventure action and violence.
The Mummy Returns also had a 2002 spin-off The Scorpion King, which is set 5,000 years prior and focuses on the Scorpion King, who is introduced in The Mummy Returns and played by The Rock (Dwayne Johnson). |

| Lag zwischen den Geschichten von Teil eins bis drei ein
Handlungsspielraum von rund 60 Jahren, so wurde die Handlung des
vierten Teils noch einmal weiter in die Zukunft verlegt. Eine Zukunft,
in der die Wissenschaftler einer Weltraum-Basis Ripley (Sigourney
Weaver), die eigentlich im dritten Teil gestorben ist, klonen und zu
neuem Leben erwecken. Allerdings haben sie ihre menschlichen Chromosome
mit der DNA des Aliens gekreuzt, was Ripley enorme Kräfte verleiht.
Eines Tages gelangt eine Gruppe von Schmugglern auf die Basis und
entdeckt dort eine neue Rasse von Aliens, die im Endeffekt aus der
gleichen Forschungsreihe wie die geklonte Ripley stammen. Und es
geschieht, was geschehen muss: Die Monster kommen frei und schon bald
gibt es auf der Basis keinen sicheren Platz mehr. Glück für die
Schmuggler, daß sich Ripley auf ihre Seite schlägt und hilft, einen Weg
aus der Basis hinaus zu suchen. |
