Here's a police chase in Atlanta that features a guy driving on the wrong side of the highway. When the guy tries to run, the police knock him over with a cruiser, but he gets up and attempts to keep going.
It hapened at the 329 mm around 1:30 to 2:00 pm in the afternoon on Sunday 02/17/2008. It involved about 6 trucks and 4 cars. There was more accidents reported towards the end of the wrecks a few miles down the road. Thraffic was backed up along I-80 for about 15 miles. It took the State Police and WYO/DOT almost 4-5 hours to have the majority of the wrecks cleaned up. The interstate continued to be closed up until about 6:00pm.. These are the companies I noticed the most: Mountain River Transportation Mount Airy, N.C. - Transport Designs Inc. Cavage, MN. - Knight Transportation Arizona Those are just a few of the companies that I am including in this video description. The only injuries were one of the truck drivers ended up with a Broken Hand. The driver was transported to the Hospital in Laramie, Wyo. Intersate 80 reopened around 6:00 pm on 2/17/2008 to all traffic.. Winds were upto 65 mph around this location. This was a unavoidable chain of events that took place on this day. If you were involved or close to the front of this wreck does anyone know if the U-HAUL was involved in that? He was parked in the front of the line for almost 10 min after the wreck had happened.
